Returning Products

Returns of Hairdreams® Tape Extensions must be preauthorized within five (5) days of receipt of the goods. All returns must be preauthorized. Please call us at 888-434-2471 to request a Return Authorization Form (“RA Form”). 

Returned products must be received within thirty (30) days from the date on the invoice. Beauty Hair Trading Inc. d/b/a Hairdreams (“Hairdreams” “us” or “we”) will not process any returns received late or without a Return Merchandise Authorization number specific to the order and issued by us. 

Returned products must be in the same condition as they were upon receipt. We will not issue any credit for items that have been opened, worn or altered or that are not in salable condition. Packing materials and labels must be intact.  We will not accept products not in salable condition, as determined by us, for return.

You must include the original packing slip or invoice along with the completed RA Form with the returned products.  We may charge a restocking fee of $5 per item returned. Refunds exclude the initial shipping cost paid to ship the products.

You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We will not be liable for lost returns.  All re-shipped replacement goods are sent from our facility in Torrance, CA.

In the event of a factory defect, we will either credit your account or send replacement products, at your option.  Hairdreams® Tape Extensions are warranted against manufacturing defects as described below.

Hairdreams® Tapes Warranty

We offer a six (6) month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of invoice on all Human Hair Tape Extension Products (the “Warranty”). Under the Warranty, you will receive a pro-rated credit for the claimed product once your claim is processed, regardless of whether there is a manufacturing defect or not. You must purchase a replacement product when you request a Return Authorization in order to receive this credit.

To be eligible for the Warranty, you must use Hairdreams® Refix Tapes and Hair Care Products on Hairdreams® Tape Extensions in accordance with the hair care and home care guidelines we provide. Please contact us for more information on these guidelines. Misuse, chemical processing, or the removal or alteration of any of the original pieces of the product voids the warranty and we will not be held responsible. Participation in the Warranty is determined exclusively by us. We may terminate your participation in the Warranty at any time, at which time you must utilize the Hairdreams® Tapes Limited Warranty claims process described below.

Hairdreams® Tapes Limited Warranty

Subject to the below, we offer a six (6) month pro-rated warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of invoice on all Human Hair Tape Extension Products (the “Limited Warranty”). Claims that are made outside of the six (6) month period will be rejected. 

Products claimed as defective must be returned within thirty (30) days of requesting a Return Authorization.  Our Quality Control staff will be solely responsible for determining whether the product has a valid factory defect.  In the event we determine there is no manufacturing defect, you will be responsible for shipping charges we incur in sending the product back to you. 

In the event we determine there is a manufacturing defect, we will issue you either a full or partial credit to your account.  We reserve the right to issue a partial credit, pro-rated based on factors such as how long the extensions were worn and used and/or the amount of time that has passed between the date of your claim and the original purchase date.  Misuse, chemical processing, or the removal or alteration of any of the original pieces of the product voids the Limited Warranty and we will not be held responsible. 

The Limited Warranty does not cover non-manufacturing defects such as:

  1. Defects resulting from your failure to follow our guides on proper use and maintenance, training guidelines and CarePass instructions, and application techniques and instructions as published by us from time to time.
  2. Defects resulting from your improper use of the product (for example treating or coloring the extensions or cutting the adhesive strips);
  3. Defects resulting from physical damage to the product;
  4. Defects resulting from attempts to repair or alter the product;
  5. Fading of BRIGHTS colors.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED ABOVE, WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.  UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FROM LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOST PROFITS, LITIGATION, OR THE LIKE), SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER DAMAGES, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATING TO THE PRODUCT OR YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCT.
