We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing a potential issue with your hair. Please complete the Hair Report Form below, and we’ll respond within 48 hours to help address the matter.

PLEASE NOTE:

• We exclusively recommend Hairdreams products and cannot guarantee the quality of Hairdreams hair extensions if other formulas are used.
  
• Since human hair is consumable during wear, all concerns must be reported within 12 weeks of purchase. Concerns raised after this time cannot be considered.

If your concern is reported within 12 weeks, the full set of extensions must be returned to Hairdreams HQ for testing within 14 days of submitting the Hair Report Form. Extensions received after this timeframe will be returned to the sender, and no further action will be taken.

The Hair Report Form must be completed in full, with images, by the original account holder who purchased the product. If you are not the salon or account holder, please have them reach out to us directly, as we can only process claims from the original salon or account holder.
